Genuinely very impressed with their service! Since I've been a bit fumbly with changing my sets, I've used a few more consumables than I was expecting so far. With that in mind, along with the weather, and I'm travelling about a lot over Christmas and New Year, I was worried about getting stuck without.

As of yesterday, my stuff was 'en route, but stuck in the snow', and they weren't sure it would get to me in time. They said they'd make every effort, and lo and behold, my box was here at work when I got back from lunch :D
