Just curious, does anybody know what could cause
a weird dullness in all four limbs?
i am going to ask a doctor about it to be careful.

its hard to describe,
imagine smacking your hand against something very hard, you get this dull ache across the limb. it almost feels like its under pressure
but not really. its quite noticeable but not debilitating. its kind of a nagging problem.
currently my Right arm is most effected but i`ve noticed it to a lesser extent in my legs.
Anybody ever sneezed really hard and had brief discomfort in your arms for a few seconds? it feels very similar to that.
I`m pretty worried that i`ve done something to possibly ruin my circulation but i think it might also be
somehow related to Neuropathy. it could also be something very simple like pinched nerves.
i noticed this issue months ago and it lingered for a few days, making it impossible to sleep, then it went away.
it seems to go away at times and come back, sometimes lingering for days.
I can esspecially notice the feeling on my Right ring finger, but its also apparent in my Tricep muscles.

Could be a pinched nerve but it's a good thing to report it to the GP and see what they say after phone triage. I'd expect that they'll ask if it's down one side mainly or if it's more symmetrical. Hope whatever it is isn't too painful and that it's sorted soon.

i`ve noticed today its less severe.
i also slept on the opposite side from my right arm.
maybe they are linked after all?

I would try to book a phone appointment with your GP and chat it through with them.

How are your nerves and sensations generally? Any diabetes-related numbness or tingling over the years?
