Did anyone find they lost weight quite easily to start with then no matter what you do you lose nothing more? A year ago today I was diagnosed and in the first 7 months I lost 4 stone. That was my goal but once it was reached I added another stone to it. Since December I did manage to lose 1/2 a stone but since being furloughed I’ve put it back on
. I exercise every day and try to eat healthy ( again has been harder the last few months) but I can’t seem to lose anymore weight and I’m starting to get really frustrated with it.
Im wondering if my downfall the last few weeks has been peanuts? I know whey are quite high in fat but I’m really craving the salt on them and I’m eating a packet to myself every week as my “snack” Between meals maybe I would be better off with half an apple or popcorn instead?
I’m going to try roasting some kale today to see if that would work as an alternative when I want something with a little crisp to it
