Hi there, I wonder if anyone could advise/help/reassure!
My husband was diagnosed Type 1 nearly two years ago (he's now 45 years old). He lost just over half a stone before he was diagnosed due to his levels that were running (albeit unknowingly!!!) very high and has never really been able to put it back on. He has a very slight build anyway and has recently lost even more weight.
His levels can be quite erratic with highs and lows and he has recently seen a dietician regarding carb counting.
I just wanted to ask how he could, if possible, try and gain some weight. He was very self-conscious in the summer with wearing certain t-shirts and is certainly aware of how slight he has become.
Any advice would be much appreciated!
Many thanks
