None at all and I keep getting a message from my malware program saying a potential threat has been blocked. So I shall just have to use my imagination to see how handsome you were!

Sounds like a false positive. Right-clicking on the image, selecting "Copy image location" and pasting the resulting URL into Notepad reveals that the image host is digitalhive.org -- perhaps your malware prog would allow you to whitelist this location? (If not, you probably need a better malware prog.)

The full URL is https://www.digitalhive.org/digiimg/images/71795057007518408165.jpg -- why it needs to be a secure connection, I don't know; perhaps trying the same URL but over an insecure connection might work.
