Whats peoples experience with it, in this heat I bought one this morning and had a slice after my lunch seems to be ok my BS was 6.7 hour after

No problems with blood glucose, UNLESS I forget to wash hands between eating watermelon and testing!

According to the Carb&Cal. Counter - Page 131.

80g of water melon has 6g carbs and 25cals.
140g of water melon has 10g carbs and 43cals + 1g protein
280g of water melon has 20g carbs and 87cals + 1g protein

A very refreshing fruit particularly if kept cold in the fridge. Delicious on a hot summers day 😛 x

I would recommend the Carb&Cal. Counter book to anyone, as in my Avatar - written by Chris Cheyette & Yellow Balolia. It can be bought on Amazon approximately £10. Theres a few pages at the rear of the book giving tips & suggestions for when eating out. There's a handy pocket counter version too for when eating out for about £3.50. I wouldn't be without my copy now and I keep it in the kitchen for quick reference.
The book is in association with DIABETES UK.

Thanks for the info WL, got myself a baby watermelon from morrisons for a quid was sooo nice .

Been avoiding any type of melon since diagnosis, might have to give it a try.

Watermelon has a low GL despite being high GI because it is mainly water.

I'm disappointed it's fine on my levels but it's made me have to make quick runs to the loo if you get me so think that's another for the bin
