not bother doing my injections today and not eat anything all day.
Had a bad night last night, and have been in a foul mood ever since.
i seriously couldn't be bothered with it today, i have so much else going on it's all getting on top of me.
i'm just feeling quite down at the moment and i really do not know what to do.
i know i should ask for help, but i just can't never have never will.
I'm a strong person or so i've been told many times, i think its just all this teenage rubbish getting too much and there is nothing i can do about it.

sorry, just had to have a rant feel like i could burst into tears for no apparent reason at the moment.

So sorry to hear you are feeling down Estella, I do hope that the new year will bring a renewed energy - have you got any goals or projects you'd like to aim for? Try not to let the diabetes dominate you, just do what you need to and focus on other things that are more exciting or interesting 🙂

Sorry you're feeling bad, Estella. Teenage and diabetes are each tough on their own, let alone combined. I'd second Northerner's suggestion to concentrate on other things.

How about having a carb-free and injection free meal once in a while?

I am sorry you are feeling so down. The weather doesn't help very much. I'm glad you were able to tell us about.

It can be hard asking for help, especially when others see you as being strong, but you will benefit from it. Is there any one at your doctors surgery who could help?

and no, not that i know of, i wouldn't want to talk to anyone at the docs anyhow.

Dear Estella so sorry your feeling so down at the moment, is there anyone in your family you could talk to, or have a good cry on their shoulder? I do hope you feel better soon. Take care Sheena x

Rountine always makes me feel better, Christmas can be a bad time. Your supposed to be all happy and when your not it really makes you feel poop.
