I have been taking this drug for years because of hay fever etc. and read on the internet the other day that it reacts with terazosin and losartan - both BP drugs which I take. When I read this I stopped taking the cetirizine which is just over 2 weeks ago and since then have had constant itching all over. Apparently this is one of the many side effects of withdrawing from the drug which it
does not mention on the leaflet with the pills.

According to some of the messages on the above site this itching and last for months or even longer.
DON'T go on this drug if you can help it.

Really sorry to hear this. As Jalapino says it sounds horrible
