When I go to my brothers for dinner on Thursdays, he has been doing waffles with cream & strawberries for dessert. This did worry me thinking about how high the carbs are in a waffle, but my BG has always been good afterwards. I found them in Lidl's today, and they are 11g of carb per waffle. I don't think that's bad for an occasional treat.

I love waffles, I grew up in Belgium and they were one of the words I learned first in French, rather than English. Didn't realise they were so comparitvely low carb - yum 🙂

That's quite low. Might have to get me some.

Good find!:D
