Has anyone ttief these? Apparently lower in carbs at about 15g per 100g.
 
Don't tell me they're available year round - all four seasons.
 
Are they redskin spuds (vivaldi was known as the red priest)??

I think theyre yellow skinned.
 
According to Wikipedia, It's true that they are called Vivaldi because the are grown in all four seasons.🙂
