Vital Gluten Wheat

Anyone having trouble getting this, I put an order in at Holland & Barret got the Almond flour but Vital gluten wheat out of stock but is was in stock when I ordered.
Some I see online have higher carbs and im not sure about Amazon ebay etc not sure I trust the quality so any pointers to a good supplier would be much appreciated.

I bought one lot from Amazon and one from Holland and Barrett. No discernible difference between them.

I managed to find a good quality supplier online so stocked up, works out much cheaper then high street store.

Pity we can’t just use normal flour. Would make life so much easier!

Or we could club together, buy a field, grow wheat, extract the vital bit and throw the rest away.... and put Amazon out of business and grow rich beyond belief in the process! Mwahaha!!!

Yes they are making a packet out of us lot, should be able to get these special flours on prescription 🙂 .

I think I’ve had one of theirs. The label seems familiar.

Don’t get me started on where my mind goes when I see “Baking agents” though. It’s like Bond challenges assorted evildoers to high stakes bake offs.

Dream on, Coeliac's can not get gluten free flour on prescription and it's hideously expensive.
