When do you take yours?

I've seen so much different things regarding when is best to take it, some say morning, some say before the fattiest meal of the day, some forbid evening as it can apparently effect sleep (and I don't get much of that anyway!)

Anytime during the day but not in the evening or at night for the reason you said. I have a spray and use it very roughly around lunch time - sometimes before, sometimes after.
 
i take vit d and take it in a morning. i tried it before bedtime and it acted funny which scared me a little but have been fine with the morning routine.
 
As just said, definitely not evening. I take mine in the morning with breakfast, and all seems fine.
 
In the morning works for me.

Some folks find magnesium helps with sleep. I appreciate you have a tight budget, but just thought I'd mention is for info.
 
Thanks guys, I'll start it today and take it before my dinner at about 11:30, @AndBreathe I literally have no money left now my circumstances have changed after getting everything so buying anything else really isn't an option
 
After all that I forgot to take it anyway, unusual BG levels took my mind off track, will try again tomorrow lol xx

Yeah, that’s why my Vit D ‘window’ is anytime during the day :D I often forget but just spray in in my mouth when I remember, as long as it’s before 4pm-ish.
 
Fat helps your body absorb the vitamin d which is why people say to take it with a big meal but it doesn’t have to be taken with food you just may get a bit more of the benefit. I take mine with breakfast as that’s when I’m most likely to remember.
 
I get my Vitamin D from a multivit, which I take with my breakfast.
Thanks, a very good friend sent me a years supply of Vit D, I'll try and remember at breakfast time, just depends what state my BG is in at the time lol xx
 
Take calcium tabs issued on prescription, it has vit D included to help absorb tab, also take vit K2 MK 7 at same time.

Take one calcium tab at breakfast one with evening meal, take K2 tab with breakfast only, told by consultant to take supplements with food, before starting on calcium tab took vit D with other supplements with evening meal, never noticed it effecting sleep, but there again nowt much does for that matter.
