I have various theories why ...
1) I've been limiting the amount of rowing.
2) I've practically stopped drinking coffee with any caffeine.
3) I've been regularly taking a vitamin/mineral supplement.
4) I've put on weight (but it is coming down again).
5) Something else.
Perm any combination of 1 to 5 for the real reason!
