Lunch: Sardines with 4 Ryvita
Evening meal: 2 beef burgers, cauliflower rice and a beef tomato; 2 glasses of red wine.
Weight stubbornly at 13st 3ibs = 84kg, height ~ 5’ 11”
Walking for 40 minutes each day.
