Used to be a size 32 but have just got a size 26 skirt

Gail - I used to love buying new underwear, I could just buy a 34B 'balconette' bra and 26 waist (ie medium) pants anywhere, mainly either M&S or BHS. Still have some truly elderly BHS pants - they continued to produce fantastic quality 100% cotton ones long after I'm afraid the M&S ones had eg the stitching that kept the waist elastic attached, had entirely failed. (don't get the wrong idea, once I was into buying my own underwear, 60 odd years ago ish, I've not owned pants that actually reached my actual waist!) I keep expecting to need to throw em away, it's getting silly - but whatever your age, you need comfy underwear you can rely on!

Anyway it's now a debate with bras, whose happen to fit. Tescos rarely, Asda sometimes, Sainsbury's sometimes. I could really do with a 37B!

I don't bother about bras, I fling mine off at the earliest opportunity. I have a 'pull on' unsure of the size, it fits where it touches. :D

Wow! You are doing so well @gail2

Congratulations!
