Dont feel tempted to go to work because you think they will be annoyed. Its more important to get you sorted first.
I hope you start to feel better soon.🙂

The problem is i always have dead lines for boat launches....and have big jobs on so if im not there this really does cause probs as we have very limited peeps who can do and finish the job which i am on...but end of the day like my doc said your just a number until you fall of and break your neck!! then it's a different matter....so as much as i want to go back im just gunna have to put my feet up....😉

It does sound as though you have a very important job, and are a valuable member of the team. However, if you have a dizzy spell and fall off a boat, and god forbid you suffered a serious lafe changing accident, you would not be covered, and you would be cast aside and forgotten about. Unless of course, you work for an exceptional company!
I speak from experience..my husband was crushed by a gate last year at work. Thankgod, although he was injured at the time, he is making slow progress with his injuries (they are not life changing) and life is slowly returning to some sort of normality. His company basically washed their hands of him, and he has lost half his wages this year, and they are not helping us in our fight to sue the client.
So...the moral of my post is....put yourself first, cuz the minute something goes wrong, (most) companies will be out for themselves.

There must be odd jobs around the house you could do to keep occupied. You could always come and do some odd jobs for me!!! LOL

Sounds just too pat and easy. If you are having dizzy spells I would have thought an ECG would be a minimum requirement to check on heart rhythms.

check out Syncope in this link .... especially the bit where it says ruling out cardiac causes is "mandatory" (12th line) ....
