Could depend on your fluid intake. Have you checked your BG levels recently? I'm new to this but have never had the frequent loo visits nor the excessive thirst - didn't have any signs to warn me.
 
My levels are ok but I do drink quite a bit of tea and coffee.
I assume you are male and are at the sort of age where people can start to get prostate issues which can cause frequent loo visits. May be worth getting it checked out if you haven't .
