I got the first number of 14 which was my blood sugar.
To be honest I been battling high blood pressure too so my heads been all over the place.

Yes 2a day tablets for the pressure and metaformin for the t2.Ah, sorry to hear you have been having a tough time. Did they give units for that 14? It seems most likely to be a spot-check BG level of 14mmol/L. Which is on the high side, but not astronomically so. The recommended range for T2 is between 4 and 8.5, though odd excursions to 10 or so are not all that uncommon for some.

I try be wise through the week, I spend most of my working day driving so I sometime struggle with the meal plans for work.
we eat healthy for teas as my partner is on slimming world so I go along with that.
But we do treat ourselves on a weekend.
I've lost 6lbs over the last 3 week.
I need to give the situation a bit more of my time to create some structure to my eating habits.

Hiya! Im 38 and was diagnosed in September 2021 my hba1c was ridiculous sitting up at 89 it gave me the fright of my life. I don’t have any other conditions luckily bp and other stats were all good but I was carrying way to much weight I was diagnosed at 18.5 st I’m 5ft7 I still have another 2 stone to lose but I’ve lost 5st since September and my hba1c is down from 89 to 38 this can totally be done. I went down to 800 calories for 12 weeks and then up to 1500 I never went super low carb either I stay around or just under 130g a day, different things work for different people.
