Yes it is a excellence book and others will also testify good information
 
Totally brilliant book, you wont regret the purchase x
 
Excellent book we keep referring to it and have learnt a lot from it.

The best self-help book on T2 but written in the mid 1990s and beginning to show its age a bit.
 
Excellent book helped me understand Diabetes Type 2
