Hi,

My MIL is Type 2 diabetic (i'm type 1) & i was wondering if the carbs & cals visual book would be any good for her. I've got the large & the pocket versions. My MIL was diagnosed in June last year (2010).

Assume she doesnt count carbs in same way as Type 1, but it might give her a visual guide to help her keep to a lower carb diet? Perhaps let her look through yours and see whAt she thinks🙂

I use mine, as a type 2 , for both carb content and calories, as I am trying to lose weight also. Actually, I'm not trying, I am losing weight.:D
