Right guys, you all know my struggles with food, I'm feeling a bit stronger now and hoping in the very near future to eat a chocolate bar (along the lines of a kit kat peanut butter chunky, caramel freddo etc) anyways I am extremely nervous that as I haven't had anything like that for over a year now that I might not be able to stomach it and finish it, would you have a small bit first OR would you have a back up say such as extra bread with the same amount of carbs to hand? Sorry if you all think this is an absolutely ridiculous post! 😳 xx
