Just want to tell you all I'm reading a 'Type 1 Diabetes' (Diabetes UK) book by Dr Charles Fox and Ar Anne Kilvert and I find it very useful and very interesting to read - I got it from my local library and it is free 🙂

There are lots of good books in the library. EVen if you don't want to take any books home it is often worth spending a bit of time in the library doing research. One of my friends spent ages in the library when her partner was diagnosed with diabetes and found more information than she needed.

I wish I could relax in the library and read, it is a lovely thought but Im a single mum, my 2 years old is always with me so with her running around in the library.... it is a no go, I can still bring the books home and read when she is sleeping with a cuppa 🙂
