just exercise and diet at the momentWelcome to the forum, it can be very overwhelming when first diagnosed. Are you on any medication or just diet and exercise? Either way you will get lots of support and ideas on this forum.

I am very overweight too. Trying to reduce carb intake but still trying to find things to eat so I don’t feel like I am starving.Hi I'm four weeks in and just getting a hang on it. I'm very over weight and all my levels were really high. Last test my BP and Cholesterol we're down but Sugar not. Discovered a diet bar had sugar so they've gone replaced by oats and chopped apple. I need a food plan. That's me hope u had a good day
