Just a little thought I wanted to run passed you guys. I can often get very hungry and I was wondering if this may be a zero carb 150cal snack I could have when I'm hungry between meals? I tried it tonight and win. Just a can of tuna and a little splash of balsamic on a plate really nice and tasty. Now show me why it will be bad for me. Got one idea already but thoughts.

Good idea as long as it's tuna in water not oil :D

Might have some cucumber chopped up with it or tomato?

I regularly eat tins of fish. It is tasty & no carbs !!!!! Good 4u Mark 😎

Be careful with the amount of balsamic vinegar - i think it has a lot of sugar in it - if you use a splash as you say you will probably be ok.

Sounds like a tasty snack (+ celery if were me). FWIW I'm seeing 4 carb (4 sug) in 1 tbsp (15 mL) and 15 cals. Red wine vinegar could be another option - zero carb on 2 cals.

Tried with cider vinegar (good for me joints) Good stuff !

It all depends on how much vinegar.
Nutrition for a teaspoonful here is negligible.
