My teeth are very sensitive xx
If you can’t eat salad because your teeth are too sensitive and break then you might need to check that out with a dentist?

It's lovely , I am having it with chilli tonight

I have boosted it with some fried mushrooms

I am happy to have this instead of rice or pasta or potatoes

Sounds much tastier @Taffyboyslim

I tend to trim out the bigger central stalks from outer leaves (which depending on variety, I do find can be pretty solid!) and then slice or shred just the leafy parts.

Always last to go in for cooking for me. Less than 5 mins, tops. Yum!

Cabbage isn't salad , especially if it's part boiled then fried

Compared to crunching on raw cabbage I find salad very easy on my teeth

Often have cabbage in salad eg coleslaw

I don't tend to eat raw cabbage if I can help it

I don't like the taste in addition to it being a bit too crunchy

Gotta find what works for you 🙂
