any advice or help please.

Hi @Jeanc and welcome to the forum. I can't help regarding Trilicity but I was taking Metformin which didn't agree with me, it really upset my stomach (I won't go into details 😳) I was also on medication for high blood pressure and cholesterol but I have managed to come off them all by managing my diet. I now eat LCHF low carb high fat. Which doesn't mean HIGH fat, it just means normal fats, no low fat stuff. Have you adjusted your diet at all? Sadly a lot of the advice given by medical professionals is not helpful to say the least. Do you self test? That is the only way to really know what foods are best for you as we are all different. I found testing my levels before and after meals really helped. Exercise also helps, even if just a little.
I am sure more knowledgeable people than me will be along shortly to help you. Good luck!
