Can I ask what do you treat wise? I am not sure if it's best not to have any at all or once a week once a month?
What works for you?

I have treats every day. It is just that they are low carb treats.
My morning coffee with double cream is my first treat of the day. Then I will usually have a chunk of really nice cheese at some point during the day (cheese is my new chocolate) usually different varieties of blue which I used to hate but now love! Or I might have olives with feta or Manchego or a square of dark 70% + dark chocolate broken up into halves or quarters and spread across the day, usually with a spoon of peanut butter to take some of the bitterness off the choc and make it more satisfying. A rum and diet coke is pretty well carb free or a nice glass of red with my cheese before bed. A packet or pork scratchings is an occasional treat (all fat and protein and no carbs) Obviously I don't have all of these treats every day, but I do have my coffee with cream every morning and I do try to be really in the moment with it to appreciate it because I have given up a lot of foods that I used to like, so it is important to take time to enjoy the new things that I now eat/drink instead. This is for life, so it has to be enjoyable.

Thank you for your reply. It's about changing what you think a treat is. Great idea.
