Apologies if this is in the wrong section but I just have a quick question.
I'm going away for a few days at the beginning of March and I seem to suffer with travel sickness on long journeys (this is 2 9 hour coach trips plus there will be some long-ish travel in a car) which can trigger my panic attacks. I'd like to try some travel sickness medication to try and stop this as it can lead to vomiting which I'd rather not do in those situations.
Is there any issues with OTC travel sickness meds with T2 diabetes or any medication (Metformin and Gliclazide) that I am on? Is there any that I should avoid? Don't really want to be spending too much.
