I travel frequently for work, and have found that it can be hard to eat right - think arriving starting at 10pm to a hotel that only has noodles and club sandwiches, or conference buffets loaded with delicious but carby foods. And often the yoghurt for breakfast has added sugar, so eggs is my only option.
I am going to make an effort to do better for my next trips, so would welcome ideas for snacks and small meals that I can travel with. So far, I am bringing loads of my favourite nut mix and some dark chocolate. Any other ideas?
