I chucked a load of stuff in a pot with a whole chicken,1 whole red chillie with seeds 1bulb of garlic ginger plenty of ground black pepper it now cooked it looks good and it tastes great but i just tasted to check to see if it needed anymore seasoning andboy did that chillie hit the back of my throat,i have some greek yogurt will that help calm some of the heat?
 
Caroleann, Yoghurt should help to take a little of the heat out, but it depends on how hot hot it is :D
