We always have cake for birthdays in our house, always have. Little feller because he is last and it is a long time till the next birthday gets two. Our birthdays are in June (me) July (big boy) August (hubby) September (little feller). There is always a cake or two for Christmas too.

ha ha northerner you crack me up! I know what you mean though as i go through stages of No CAKE! and the next week is ALL The CAKE! Poor mum doesnt know which week it is and gets shouted at either way if she suggests going out for cake and tea! I think as long you can "roughly" carb count accuratly (oxymoron?) you'll be fine!
