I’ve had Diabetes for 5 years now and thankfully my BG is well controlled with Ozempic only. This last week I’ve been having pulsating pain in my 2nd toe. It comes in waves, similar to contractions, every few minutes. I have not injured it and it isn’t red or inflamed. It’s quite bad and is even keeping me awake. Is anyone aware of or has experienced similar.?

Yes, when I had an ingrown toe-nail. There was no visible soreness at first.

But I would see your Dr/Nurse if you can actually get to see one.
