As some of you know, I had my review this morning, and I am joyously happy to say that my HbA1c is now 5.3 (or 34)! Other results also good.
My GP was so happy she said she didn't want to see me again 😛 and my 6-monthly reviews are down to yearly, so I'll still see the nurse for foot-tickling next May. My blood pressure was slightly up, however, so I'm to go back next week and have it done by the healthcare assistant, but I don't mind as she's really nice and we have a good gossip. I think it's just the white coat syndrome as it's usually good when I do it at home.
My GP said again that she tells her colleagues about me (anonymously) and my 'support group'
and how well I'm doing - and of course, dear friends, it really *is* due to your help, support and good sense, so thank you, thank you, thank you!
