was watching q v c and they were advertising "super jam" 100 per cent fruit and no sugar apart from what is in the fruit.... has anyone tried this? would you recomend it is it worth it for the occasional piece of jam mmmmm put me in the mood for one.

i dont eat much jam and i dont eat the no added sugar varietys as they leaves an after taste

We have never been big jam (or sugar) eaters, but when I did buy jam I used to buy this brand

http://www.stdalfour.co.uk/st-dalfour-four-fruits.html

which you can get in Tesco etc. all the flavours we tried are yummy, but unfortunately they have the same effect on K as eating her glucotabs so we are not buying it at the moment:(

as you are type 2 you might have better luck - worth a try as very very nice:D

Edit - forgot to say that it has no added sugar OR the dreaded sweetener - just fruit
