Wow!
The prize is shared between @silver minion and @CoolShot44

I am pleasantly surprised by a result of 44.
Congratulations guys

(And the anaemia is unlikely to be anything to worry about - it is most likely to be due to a bit of blood loss during the surgery on my elbow. Phew!)
So pleased your result was lower than you were expecting. How is your arm doing now?
Fully accept the shared bragging rights with @CoolShot44
:party::D:rofl:

That's a fantastic result , you must be very pleased
Surprised.
It is the same ballpark as I have been for a while but my broken elbow has been making it harder to maintain so I expected it considerably higher.

How is your arm doing now?
My arm is slowly getting better.
I very rarely wear my sling now unless I am somewhere busy and need to send a message others or I need to send a reminder to myself (e.g. at the gym) to take care.
I can now scratch my nose with either hand and lick the fingers on my left hand when I drip melted brie from today's sourdough toastie on them.
But I still have to remind myself I have a fair way to go with regards to strength - I can buy a round of drinks but cannot carry them,
