Just wondering if anyone has tried the Tilda beans and pulses pouches, noticed that they are only around 20g carbs per 140g pouch and was wondering if they were any good/people have had success with them, really getting fed up with tattties see lol x

I haven't tried the Tilda pouches, but I do eat tinned Cannelini beans, and cook dried green lentils from scratch, and they seem to suit my blood sugar/insulin relationship and work well for me.
You know what I'm going to say, try one and see. If it's a success, that's something else you've got in your armoury, if it doesn't work for you, chalk it up to experience!

I know Tilda rice, but can't say I've seen the pulses. Like you Robin we use tins of whatever, the only dried pulse I keep a stock of is ground in the form of gram flour for making pakoras/bhajis. (chick pea flour)

It's microwave packets of rice mixed with pulses, looks rather nice but as I'm absolutely terrified of doing something wrong I'm not sure on the idea lol xx

The cooking instructions will be in English LOL - what the hell can you do wrong? - apart from the fact nobody will die even if you do Kaylz - it won't even make the local news let alone the national ones.

Don't tell us when you are about to try it - just do it and tell us after - but only tell us IF YOU WANT TO - so if you do muck it up - nobody except you will ever know!

Its levels I'm worried about not the cooking of it! :D x
