this is where I don't understand my diabetes. I had a perfect day. Literally in my
Libre it looked like a straight line. Spiked to 8.2 when I had lunch but I'm not that worried about that as that's really good, and it soon came back down. Dinner was also perfect.
Then, about 11pm, I was watching YouTube videos with my best friend, who's house I was staying at. Sugars started going up. I assumed it was the crisps I was eating (even though I already took insulin for it) so gave myself a bit more insulin.
Then woke up at 2am, sugars were 20. And still going up. I changed the canula, gave more insulin, went back to sleep. Just woke up now. It dipped a bit (the amount I gave in my sleepy stouper should have left me hypo) but was in 15 with an arrow pointing up.
How is it possible, when I've not eaten anything, I'm not stressed or melt downing, that this happens. It's like when I go above 10 any insulin I give myself decided not to work.
Also, why is it that when I go high, I go really high. It's like I can test one minute and all is good, and then within one hour my sugars have spiked. And when I say spiked, I mean like above 14.
