Thigh injecting.

I inject Levemir in the thigh and Novorapid in the abdomen. I do find it hurts more aften and more severely when I inject my thigh but this may be because my tummy is a bit better padded. I find it hurts a lot less at the top of my thigh so I never inject more than about a third down

You probably know this, but avoid the inner thigh as that is where the main vessels are, stick to the top areas
