I've asked R to post this just to say hello to all the regulars here, and let you know I'm OK. I'm avoiding all media, forums, and social media at the moment as I was finding it all too scary. I haven't been here for some time, but R has looked at the forum a couple of times on my behalf and he told me @Robin and @everydayupsanddowns were wondering about me - thank you both for thinking of me x

I hope everyone here is well and safe, and I have been praying for you all. We're fine, R is working from home, our local deli is delivering basic food supplies, and our local Lions club is picking up my prescriptions. My blood sugar's all over the place, but that's nothing new!

Not being on the internet much means I'm doing lots of card-making, gardening, and reading, and also trying to sort out my poetry into a publishable form (most of it is not as funny as @Northerner 's but it's just as prolific).

If anyone who knows me would like to get in touch, I would love to hear from you and should receive pms by email, but if you want a reply you'll need to include your email address (and please try not to say anything which might give me nightmares - R is screening my emails for me just in case so will edit if necessary).

Glad to hear that you are well. Good plan to stay away from the media if you find it upsetting. This will pass. It may take a while but we will get there. Good Luck with your poetry book. This is a unique opportunity to do what you always wanted to do but kept getting distracted with things like work, housework, shopping etc. Take care and stay well 🙂
