Hi,
Did anyone else catch this programme ("The truth about Carbs") the other week? It wasn't specifically for or about diabetes, although T2 was mentioned frequently, but very interesting stuff about "good" and "bad" carbs, mention of the effect of cooking/cooling/reheating things like pasta to increase the "resistant starch" content & so on.
Some good recipes from it too, all available on the BBC website (for now...)
I plan to try some of them next week, after I've been shopping, but would be interested in your thoughts too.
