Just finished my phone appointment with the GP......due at 3pm, phoned me at 3.25pm but nevermind.😡
My HBA1C is down from 9.5% to 7.0% which I am very pleased about - and doc is too!
Cholesterol is still slightly raised at 5.3 (total) but down from 5.7 so doc is also pleased with that.
Problem is I didn't tell them at the blood tests that I had fasted, so they didn't get detailed results such as LDL and Triglycerides - they don't detail these on "random" tests apparently.
So not as detailed as I would have liked, but a definite improvement which I am so happy about 🙂
Thanks guys for all the advice, help and just general support on here......it really makes all the difference when things get tough and you feel like giving up
