I'm not really, I just love growing flowers.
I suffer, with type 2 and when I say suffer i'm sometimes at my wits end trying to alleviate the pain. But< Hey, Life is still wonderful and I smile through each and every day.
I'm an awful practical joker, so beware! You have been warned😛

Hello Hobie. I used to grow vegetables until about 12 years ago when we had a hosepipe ban and everything died. I was poorly as well and coincidently a worker hired by my neighbor was removing her turf from the front yard in order to membrane then gravel the area. Rather than take it to the tip he kindly barrowed it across to my drive and I had instant lawn for my backyard. to paraphrase from that well known film "I just love the smell of (napalm) freshly mown grass in the mornin' lol
 
Hahahaha Cathy, I also do well with them. Why do they grow so well when other little plants I sometimes try, wither and drift into nothingness? My front yard is all raised beds which make t easier to tend. I don't have enough room for annuals so I have 25 or so very large pots on the inner walls with maybe 6 or 7 different flowers in them. I use miracle grow once a week in the spring time and by June they are three feet high and trail other flowers at least two feet over the sides. My neighbors say I have the best garden in the area, I just plant it for the pleasure it brings to them and myself 😳
