You may notice that we’ve made the ‘learning zone’ link stand out a bit more.

The Learning Zone is a great selection of support resources in interactive modules on all sorts of subjects to help you manage your diabetes.

What do you think of it? Do you even know it exists?

Have you tried it? And if not what were the barriers?

What did you like about it? What didn’t you like?

Could you find what you needed? What did you wish was included?

It would be great to have your thoughts

It put me off going there, because you have to log in and all that palava -I just didnt want to have to remember another set of passwords?

Something for @Josh DUK Can we have it so our forum accounts could be used for learning zone instead of us creating another account?

It will save and remember your log in @Tee G. It is great.
Yes very useful @everydayupsanddowns I have to wait another month for my education course. The podcasts are particularly good.
I used the Learning Zone for 3 weeks before joining the forum.

I wish they included info on screening (eyes) and taking BG. Even if it is just links to nhs sites and you tube videos like we have shared on the forum. These are steps and assessments that most of us have. It is all that first fear things that need to be covered.

Hard to cover everything as this condition is wide spectrum and so different for each of us.

Emma's year is interesting vlog and I am sure there was lots of production/costs but following a few more people through their first years would be useful.

FAQ maybe the sorts of things people ask all the time.

The NHS has Diabetic Eye Screening website sites these days, my local version gives list of all the various locations they use among other information.

thanks @everydayupsanddowns

Yes I like it and I go there from time to time.

will check out the new link 🙂

Its a great resource 🙂

I went to learning zone through link, unfortunately there is no link to get back here again.

I used the back arrow in the browser Lilian

Thanks for your feedback folks!

If anyone who has never used it (or heard of it!) fancied setting up a profile and sharing their experience as a LZ newbie, good or not so good, that would be interesting.

I can’t find it, didn’t know there was one. Can you point me in the right direction please?

There should be a button in the main menu... Orange on laptop/tablet, and atthe bottom of the menu list on mobile 🙂
