That may have been your intention. However, your original/pre-edited comment read as aggressive (passively, also) and was based on an incorrect assumption.

I have been on various internet forums for about 25 years, so I do generally understand the norms and etiquette. Suffice to say, had I been able to close and/or delete the thread I would have already done so, and most here would be none the wiser.

Anywaym all sorted now and I'm sure this is all water under the bridge.
