I've just been reading my Waitrose magazine (while drinking my free latte🙂) and there's an article about the Buddha bowl - something I've not heard of before.

it's basically organising your plate, but differently to usual:
25 % green base eg spinach, kale (yuck!)...
25% veg
25% complex carbs eg lentils, wheatberries, green veg
12.5% plant based fat eg avocado, seeds, nuts
12.5% protein
finished with a dressing.

The only potato that gets a mention is sweet potato in the veg.

Sounds like a good plan for low carb.

How interesting. I eat at 10 and 5 only (if possible) because of reading about Buddha. 🙂
