:( It's my very first bout of gloom today, nothing to do with my levels, funnily enough they have been very good, I can't put my finger on what's wrong. I feel very unhappy, sad, and have absolutely no reason to be. I wonder if it is the 'mood swings' everyone tells me about? I need to watch a good comedy or something. I hate feeling like this.

Anticlimax ?

All the effort of control and being good about the food and nothing much to see for it all other than a lack of feeling rubbish.

Hope you can find a good comedy. Or anythign that helps it to pass.🙂

Everyone gets the blues or the gloomies from time to time. I hope you found something to help lift your spirits. I always find a good weepy film that makes me cry buckets helps, but we are all diffrent.

The giraffe awkwardly bends down and sips the wine as the man begins to drink his pint. Suddenly the giraffe's eyes begin to bulge, it makes a small gargling noise in the back of its throat and collapses on the floor, dead. The man calmy finishes his pint and turns to leave. The barman says, "Hey! You can't leave that lying there!", and as he reaches the door the man looks over his shoulder and says...

I aklways have a box of kleenex on hand, but I miss my box of choccies to munch on while I am viewing. It is amazing how fast you can get through them and how little lunch you want afterwards....
