Relationship to Diabetes

Hi All, I have been continuing on my low carb WOE journey with a few slip ups along the way but not many.
I had a call from my Practice Nurse who told me my latest hba1c is now 43! She has asked me to contact the diabetes community team to review my meds and cut them down. I had been referred to them to go onto insulin. I know it will be a lifelong commitment to low carb but it is doable 🙂
I wouldn't have done this without all your good advice to myself and reading all your comments to others who are struggling. You have made a difference to my life that I will be forever grateful for and I will live longer too.
Thank you from my family as well, hope this wasn't too gushy! I am just so appreciative <3
Stay safe and well xxx
