Just a thought really, you know me 🙂 ...
I believe that in the US diabetics aren't allowed to sit classroom exams or board exams above a certain blood sugar level. I wonder if theres ever been anything like that here? Or any thought in it. Whats the reasoning (to be exact) behind it? And would it be beneficial?
Personally I feel it would. Back in may/june I sat the majority of my exams going in on a 14-16mmol reading since i wasn't getting out etc. Morning exams were not such a problem it was just the afternoon ones. I was fortunate in getting extenuating circumstances but have no idea if that was used or whatever.. I done okay mind you. I do find it incrediously hard to concentrate or think straight when my levels are high! I'm sure most people do.
