Hi all, I'm Bob and a newly diagnose type2 diabetic , could someone tell me how many times do you need to test your blood glucose levels in a day

Hi. To find out how food affects us . If T2 , Test just before then two hours after eating.

If youre are on medications that can cause hypo's (low blood sugar) and drive you need to follow DVLA rules

Hi Bob, once you have built up a profile of your BS at different times of day after different foods, then you may wish not to test quite so much.
