Hi all, I'm Bob and a newly diagnose type2 diabetic , could someone tell me how many times do you need to test your blood glucose levels in a day

Hello Bob Cotton and welcome to the forum. 🙂 Test for sure before trying a new food.

Hi Bob, once you have built up a profile of your BS at different times of day after different foods, then you may wish not to test quite so much.
