For the first time ever I actually saw my result for my microalbumin creatinine result (which checks for diabetic kidney disease) and it was only 0.8. I think, but please correct me if I'm wrong, that this means that my kidneys are showing absolutely no sign of diabetic kidney disease. If I am right I feel incredibly, incredibly lucky that this is the result after nearly 47 years of diabetes and all of the BG challenges I've had because of the gastroparesis.

Good! - I've never bothered with the actual numbers but mine have never been said to be anything other than 'perfectly normal' either Amanda - there again it's only after 45.5 years and no gastroparesis in my case LOL

Good news Amanda. 🙂 Like Jenny I'm never sure what my numbers are or what they're meant to be and just hope for the normal result which they have been to date.
